Read each order completely before starting preparation. Note the toppings, crust type, and size. Mistakes waste ingredients and delay subsequent orders.
Staff Assignment
Assign your fastest staff to the topping station, which is the most time-sensitive. Put slower staff on dough preparation where timing is less critical.
Upgrade Path
First upgrade: oven speed. Faster baking directly reduces order completion time. Second: extra prep stations for parallel order handling.
